These are my favorite (affordable) sheets! They are soft – wear and wash well (we’ve had ours for years!) Having a great set of sheets can help you sleep better!
I’ve been thinking about doing some sort of elimination diet – I’m already GF and DF but I’m curious if I am really sensitive to gluten and dairy (and maybe something else?) I had a blood test that said I was sensitive to dairy and gluten, but I’d be interested in trying an elimination diet to reintroduce those items and others to see how I feel. I’m leaning towards not whole 30 because I don’t eat a ton of meat, and it seems like mainly just vegetables then.. Some elimination diets let you eat some sugar, like maple syrup or raw honey, I do feel that sugar effects me sometimes .. so maybe I do need to cut it out completely for 30 days .. any suggestions if you’ve had success with an elimination diet?
