Were you snowed in this weekend? It’s pretty rare for us to get a big enough snowfall that we’ll be stuck inside for a few days, but ~30 inches will do that in Maryland! David shoveled the drive way yesterday – we’re still waiting on the plows to come through. But, it did make for a fairly productive project weekend!
I finished up a pair of bamboo nightstands (pics later) and I sewed a pillow. I had just enough Designer’s Guild Organerie to make one pillow.
It took about half the day to finish one pillow – the tension on my machine isn’t quite right, so I was trying to fix that for a good part of the day.
I’m loving this pillow combination!

We only had one snow shovel, so David did most of the shoveling! Our cars are the two bumps beyond his head.

Wow…pretty pillow, but that is a LOT of snow. Hope you can get back to normal before a predicted Round #2 this weekend. 🙂

I still can't get over how much snow you guys got! I love that Orangerie fabric. I basically need an actual mansion/palace to fit all the fabrics I want to use. Just today I because obsessed with this burgundy and coral combo and was trying to find a place in my house to test it out. There just aren't enough rooms 🙂
